You will be instrumental in ensuring that our creative and merchandising teams have the essential tools to make informed decisions and create captivating presentations.

In this role, you will be the backbone of product sample management, directly supporting a wide array of cross-functional partners who drive our product assortment strategy. Youll ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all branded samples for critical milestone moments, from photoshoots to strategic planning sessions. Beyond logistics, youll be a key player in optimizing our sample library, continuously seeking innovative approaches to enhance processes and elevate our contributions to the business. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and adapt to change will be crucial in this fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, making a tangible impact on the success of our product launches and brand presentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain an organized, elevated, and easily accessible workspace for all sample types, meticulously arranging them by season, category, style, color, and size.
* Fulfill sample requests for a diverse group of cross-functional partners, including Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Merchandising, Public Relations, and the Fashion Office, supporting milestone moments, ad hoc needs, and photoshoot activities.
* Manage the end-to-end logistics of sample movements, including packing, shipping, and tracking their precise location.
* Provide critical sample availability notes and estimated arrival windows each season, utilizing industry-standard tools and brand-specific applications.
* Ensure timely and accurate updates to sample inventory within branded tools as new items arrive in the library.
* Offer additional support to meet evolving business needs and assist team members as required.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High school diploma with 2-3 years of experience in a product and/or customer service fashion retail role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), FlexPLM, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Exceptional communication, prioritization, collaboration, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
* Highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing business-critical needs in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
* Demonstrated open-mindedness and free thinking when approaching problem-solving.
* Highly motivated and passionate about contributing to a leading fashion brand.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* College degree in a related field.
* A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process enhancements.
