ADP GlobalView (GV) is hiring a Lead Implementation Consultant HR/Payroll Solutions.

The GV Lead Implementation Consultant partners closely with the clients Product Owner/subject matter expert (SME) to translate business requirements into a fully configured HR/payroll solution. This includes solution design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The role also provides coaching and mentoring to other consultants, contributes to internal communities of practice, and actively participates in continuous improvement across the organization.

The GV Lead Implementation Consultant operates within an Agile environment and often supports multiple implementations simultaneously.

This position reports to the Implementation Director or a Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Implementation

  • Implement client solutions using ADPs Implementation Methodology and the GV platform (integrated with HR/payroll/time solutions such as Dayforce, UKG, WFM, Workday, or others).
  • Lead discovery and blueprinting workshops to capture client requirements.
  • Design and document endtoend HR, payroll, and/or time management processes based on client needs and system capabilities.
  • Works with Center of Excellence (CoE) to configure system components in alignment with client specifications and best practices.
  • Guide clients through data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation during conversion activities.
  • Execute and support all testing phases, including unit testing, UAT, parallel testing, and golive readiness.

Client & Project Engagement

  • Act as the primary functional contact for client SMEs throughout implementation.
  • Own issue resolution and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to close gaps between client requirements and standard templates.
  • Provide timely project updates, including risks, impacts, delays, and mitigation plans.
  • Support presales efforts through technical responses, demonstrations, and participation in client workshops.

Quality, Governance & Risk Management

  • Perform quality assurance reviews on requirement documents, configuration, and testing outputs.
  • Identify and manage projectlevel risks, ensuring alignment with implementation standards.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management on enhancements, client needs, and market trends.

Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

  • Mentor consultants across the Implementation Team, providing coaching, support, and training.
  • Facilitate internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to Communities of Practice.
  • Lead team forums and collaborate to improve methodology, tools, and overall delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong functional configuration experience in U.S. HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management platforms (e.g., Dayforce, UKG/Kronos, Workforce Management, Workday, ADP platforms , or similar).
  • Experience designing and configuring HR/payroll/time features across at least two functional domains (e.g., payroll processing, time & attendance, absence management, benefits, compensation, integrations).
  • Solid experience with requirements gathering, blueprinting, and solution design.
  • Ability to travel up to 1025%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading multicountry or multistate HR/payroll implementations .
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects.
  • Strong clientfacing communication and consulting skills.
  • Ability to set and manage expectations in a professional and organized manner.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Experience with project methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills using tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor lessexperienced consultants.
  • Strong understanding of HR/payroll business processes in the U.S. market
