Massage Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Lumiere Wellness | Utah

Lumiere Wellness is seeking a dedicated and professional Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness practice in Utah. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time Licensed Massage Therapists who are passionate about helping clients improve their health, reduce pain, and experience true relaxation through professional massage therapy.

Position Overview

The Massage Therapist will provide customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs. Services may include therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, stress reduction treatments, and other bodywork techniques designed to promote healing and wellness. Therapists will work with clients experiencing muscle tension, chronic pain, stress-related symptoms, and those seeking general wellness maintenance.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional client care while maintaining the highest standards of massage therapy practice.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers competitive earnings based on experience (DOE) along with base hourly pay and commission opportunities.

• Base hourly pay: $20 – $35 per hour (depending on experience)
• Gap pay: $8.00 per hour + commissions
• Flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time availability
• Opportunity to build and maintain a consistent client base

This structure allows motivated therapists to grow their income while focusing on delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships.

Schedule

• Position requires working one Saturday or Sunday per month
• Optional incentive: Work every Saturday from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM and receive a $100 signing bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services based on each client’s needs
• Perform therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, and bodywork treatments
• Create a comfortable, safe, and professional treatment environment
• Maintain accurate client records and session notes
• Educate clients on wellness, recovery, and stress reduction through massage therapy
• Deliver excellent customer service and encourage repeat visits

Qualifications

• Active Utah State Massage Therapy License (required)
• Knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques, muscle anatomy, and wellness practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
