TransForce is seeking a CDL B Driver to support Local operations based in Hillsboro, OR . This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL B Driver Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm or 12:00pm to 9:00pm, home daily
• Pay: $28/hr
• Route Type: Local

CDL B Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL B
• Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Current DOT medical card
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL B Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate, transfer and deliver freight utilizing a box truck and/or other equipment
• Operate material handling equipment to load and unload materials in a safe manner
• Maintain required documentation, including daily logs, vehicle inspection records, mileage, unloading and shipping records
• Conduct thorough and accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections and provide documentation upon completion; ensure proper closure of trailers
• Provide basic equipment maintenance and report equipment malfunctions as necessary
• Properly secure loads and ensure all loads are within weight limits
