Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an associate veterinarian to join their team. This small animal clinic provides care exclusively for cats and dogs and is looking to expand its team with a full or part-time veterinarian.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays. The ideal schedule for this full-time position would be four weekdays with rotating Saturdays, though specific doctor hours are open to discussion and both full and part-time options are available.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position includes full general practice responsibilities, covering a wide range of services including wellness, internal medicine, surgical services, pain management, dentistry, and emergency care. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital operates out of a state-of-the-art facility and offers services such as comprehensive examinations, diagnostics, blood work, x-rays, medications, hospitalization, and surgery. The caseload is varied, and the team is equipped to provide a broad spectrum of veterinary care.

Team
The team consists of one DVM supported by an outstanding, tenured support staff, creating a stable and experienced work environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
