Our client is a full-service, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Morton, Pennsylvania, currently hiring a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their experienced and compassionate team. Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time or part-time position. Flexibility around scheduling may be available to accommodate the needs of the successful candidate.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role is suited for an experienced veterinarian with a strong interest in general practice. Clinical responsibilities include preventive care, wellness exams, internal medicine, dentistry, diagnostics, and client education. The hospital also provides cold laser therapy, behavioral consultations, and diagnostic imaging. The environment is supportive and team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to challenging cases.
Practice Details
The facility features a fully renovated, modern clinical space outfitted with digital radiography (including dental), ultrasound, in-house laboratory, ECG/EKG, and video otoscopy. Additional capabilities include digital tonometry, a state-of-the-art surgical suite, and a well-equipped hospitalization area. Core services offered include vaccinations, internal medicine, routine exams, dental care, and cold laser therapy. The in-house lab enables efficient diagnostics through bloodwork, urinalysis, fecal exams, and imaging services.
Team
The hospital currently employs 8 DVMs supported by a highly skilled and collaborative support staff. The practice culture is centered around teamwork, mentorship, and a shared mission to deliver excellent veterinary care while educating and supporting clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
