Christiana Materials is looking for dependable, experienced, and hard-working individuals to fill our loader operator positions at our Newark & Farmington, Delaware locations.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Experience operating a front-end loader to feed bins at an asphalt plant or equivalent experience preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
• Ability to operate tools standard in asphalt manufacturing.
• Valid Driver’s License, social security card and legal to work in US.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and follow all Company policies and procedures.
• Work Monday thru Friday hours may be long. Nights and Weekend work when necessary.
