High-Volume Real Estate Sales Agent (Zillow Preferred Team)
We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent to join our high-performing team as a Zillow Preferred Partner Agent. This is a unique opportunity to receive pre-qualified, warm leads directly from Zillow, bypassing traditional cold calling. You will focus on nurturing, showing, and closing leads provided to you, working from anywhere in the Destin, FL area.
Compensation:$75,000
Responsibilities:- Immediate Speed to Lead: Promptly contact and nurture leads generated by Zillow.
- Virtual Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations and show homes to motivated buyers/sellers.
- CRM Management: Update all lead interactions in Insert CRM, e.g., Follow Up Boss immediately.
- Nurture & Close: Guide clients through the transaction process to closing.
- Metric Tracking: Meet or exceed team and Zillow performance standards (KPIs).
- Active Real Estate License in Florida.
- Exceptional phone communication and follow-up skills.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM software, Zoom, and virtual tours.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by leads.
