New York plaintiffs personal injury law firm with offices in Garden City, NYC, Brooklyn, and Queens seeks an experienced Personal Injury/Labor Law attorney admitted in New York. Admittance in New Jersey a plus. Must have 5 years of personal injury experience. Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York, Eastern and Southern Districts
• Admittance to Federal preferred
• Prior Personal Injury experience
• Able to draft legal documents including, but not limited to: bills of particulars, pleadings, discovery, general correspondence, motions and appellate briefs;
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills;
• Have extraordinary interpersonal and organizational skills; and
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to adapt on case management systems.
