Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance sector, is seeking a Sr. QA Compliance Coordinator to join their team. As a Sr. QA Compliance Coordinator, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting enterprise-level quality management and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage enterprise-level QMS transformation projects, including digital platform integrations and system governance.
- Oversee external audits, including customer, regulatory, and certification audits, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights on quality risks, trends, and performance metrics.
- Drive quality initiatives such as Kaizen, root cause analysis, and process improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
What's Needed?
- Bachelors degree in Quality, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in GMP manufacturing or laboratory environments.
- Proven experience leading QMS programs, audits, and system transformation initiatives.
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ, ISO, GFSI, GMP or equivalent) are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital quality systems, ERP platforms, and document control infrastructures.
