Your Role:
• Learn and master cheesemaking (milk receiving, pasteurizer & vat operation, cheddaring, hooping, pressing, packaging, shipping)
• Maintain detailed production records
• Follow and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices
• Regular cleaning and sanitization of production equipment
• Collaborate with a supportive, fun team and share in our tradition of excellence

Who Should Apply?
• No prior cheesemaking experience required - we value your willingness and drive to learn
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 65 lbs
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a sense of humor
• Weekend availability is required. Every employee works at least one weekend day per week.
