What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate a full concrete/asphalt recycling plant including jaw and HSI crushers, multideck screens, magnets, and conveyor systems.
  • Manage plant sequencing, adjust crusher settings and feed rates, and maintain product quality through realtime material assessment.
  • Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime, and identify/manage inbound material contamination.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance including belt tracking/splicing, idler/roller and bearing changes, screen media replacement, lubrication, and HSI blow bar work.
  • Support safe and efficient operations by operating loaders/excavators, conducting preoperational inspections, participating in safety planning, and maintaining clean, compliant work areas.
What Are We Looking For
  • Over 3 years of experience operating crushing and screening equipment in aggregate, recycling, or mining environments.
  • Skilled in independently troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on plant machinery.
  • Solid understanding of how crusher settings, feed rates, and screen configurations influence product quality and production efficiency.
  • Proficient in welding and fabrication, and capable of operating loaders and excavators to support plant operations.
  • Demonstrates strong situational awareness, adherence to safety practices, and reliable communication, attendance, and task followthrough.
Conditions of Employment
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
