Junior Analytics and Automation Analyst

This role primarily supports the client's Risk and Cyber teams, with a strong focus on workflow automation, process improvement, and control testing support. The team leverages analytics and visualization tools to automate risk and control processes and improve reporting efficiency. This role is known to be a stepping stone into several different areas within the bank!

• 0-3 years of professional or internship experience
• Completed Bachelor's Degree
• Experience supporting workflow automation or process improvement
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx (preferred), Tableau, Power BI, or Excel Power Query
• SQL experience or solid conceptual understanding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies

• Risk, audit, or controls exposure
• Experience automating control testing, process mapping, control mapping, or control documentation
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Financial services or regulated environment experience

• Support automation initiatives for the Segment Risk team
• Assist in identifying and documenting key risks and controls
• Help automate control testing workflows and reporting
• Perform process and control mapping
• Partner with Segment Risk stakeholders to support remediation efforts
• Contribute to building a risk-aware culture through data and automation

• Junior-level candidate with strong analytics and automation aptitude
• Comfortable working through ambiguous problems
• Able to think through processes end-to-end and break them into logical steps
• Strong communicator with a go-getter mindset
