The facility operates as a busy medical center right outside of Boston providing comprehensive urological services with dedicated OR capabilities for emergency and elective procedures. The institution maintains modern equipment and resources to support urological interventions with appropriate staffing levels and administrative support.

Board certification in Urology is required along with prescriptive authority for comprehensive patient care. The position requires on-site presence with electronic documentation for all patient encounters and procedures.
