As a pharmacist at Parkside Pharmacy, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized pharmaceutical care to our local community, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of service and attention.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide drug information to patients and healthcare providers
• Dispense medications in a timely manner
• Ensure medication safety and accuracy
• Offer medication therapy management services

Required Skills:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Immunization Certified
• Experience in pharmacy operations
• Knowledge of drug interactions and compounding
• Strong clinical pharmacy operations skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Experience in therapeutic patient care
• Proficiency in HIPAA regulations

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $150,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $160,000.00

Company Information:

Parkside Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy in Lafayette, Indiana, providing prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and personalized pharmaceutical care to the local community. We are a family owned and operated pharmacy in business for 60 years.  We are a large volume (double the national average) combo pharmacy.  We service walk in patients and have a long term care/medical at home component.  We specialze in custom packaging (dispill, bingo cards, med sets) with a heavy emphasis on psychiatric patients.  We are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm and 8:30am-1pm on Saturdays. No nights, holidays, or Sundays.  Position is for 43 1/2 hours per week.  Rotating Saturdays -work 1 out of 3. Pharmacist have one afternoon a week off and when they work a Saturday they receive a second afternoon off. Staffing is up to 4 pharmacists and 9 technicians per shift.
