Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations, including 3+ years in leadership Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse systems, and process improvement Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Six Sigma certification and bilingual (Spanish) preferred Why This Job? Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety Manage and develop a team of supervisors, managers, and warehouse staff to meet operational goals Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and workflow Oversee inventory management processes to maintain accuracy and proper stock levels Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities Analyze operational data and performance metrics to guide decision-making Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes and distribution activities Coordinate with leadership teams to support company growth and operational goals Marvin's Take?
