This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Coverage dates are 3/20, 4/27, 4/29, 5/1 - Monday and Wednesday - 6:40am until 4pm and Friday is until 3pm

· Setting: Clinic

· Procedures/Cases: 98% of patients are adults. Procedures needed: Fillings, Ortho - Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry. Number of Dental Assistants: 1-2 per dentist

Number of Hygienists: 1

· Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 days

· Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
