Warehouse Shipping Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately
• Guide and support a team of up to 10 warehouse employees, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
• Assign and prioritize tasks throughout the day to maintain steady workflow between departments
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing orders and preparing shipments
• Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding order status, priorities, and operational needs
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure orders are processed and shipped on schedule
• Interpret and process sales orders, packing slips, and shipping labels in English
• Foster a cooperative team environment while maintaining strong productivity and performance standards

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or distribution center
• Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping systems a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

• Move freely about the warehouse including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs
• Lift 10-30 lbs regularly, up to 50-60 lbs occasionally
