As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our fast food locations through your leadership and management skills.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Maintain high standards of food quality and beverage management
• Manage restaurant staff and provide excellent guest service
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Handle cost management and assist with complaint resolution

Required Skills:

• Experience in restaurant management
• Strong focus on quality of service
• ServSafe Certified with knowledge of food safety
• Ability to manage costs and maintain sanitation standards
• Experience with staffing, reimbursement, and interviewing

Nice to Have Skills:

• Math and accounting skills
• Experience in retail
• Strong decision-making abilities

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $44,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $48,000.00
