What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing in-home OT treatments under the guidance of a licensed OT (no trust falls, promise).
• Tracking progress, adapting plans, and helping patients hit real-life goals.
• Teaching patients and caregivers how to safely do the things that matter - from getting dressed to conquering the microwave.
• Documenting clearly and efficiently in a user-friendly EMR that won't ruin your evenings.
• Delivering care that's hands-on, heart-forward, and never boring.
• Consistent full-time caseload

What We're Looking For:

• COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant), licensed in Massachusetts
• 1+ year of clinical experience
• A great communicator who enjoys teamwork and can tolerate the occasional bad joke
• Comfortable working independently, without feeling stranded
• EMR experience preferred (ours won't emotionally scar you)
• Home health experience is a plus - but not required. We'll train you.
