Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Braintree | $37-$40 per visit | Flexible Schedule | Full-Time Benefits
Must have 1 year of clinical experience
USA Today Top Workplaces Winner 2024 & 2025 - still no bribes were involved (unless caffeine and snacks count, which probably).
Let's be honest - you didn't become a COTA just to count reps and wrestle with paperwork. You're here to help people live safer, more independent lives - and maybe even have some energy left at the end of the day.
At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we're clinician-owned, which means the people making decisions actually understand what your job looks like. No micromanaging. No mystery mileage math. No visit-stuffing contests. Just real support, flexible schedules, and a team that actually shows up.
We're growing (on purpose), and we're looking for a full-time COTA in the Braintree residential area of MA who want meaningful work without burning out.

- PTO + Paid Holidays: For real rest. Not "catch up on notes" days.
