Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, participating in crisis evaluations and safety planning, and delivering short-term solution-focused interventions. The clinician will adapt DBT or ACT interventions to meet the specialized needs of adults with IDD, participate in treatment team meetings, coordinate discharge planning, and support safe stabilization for transition back to community-based services.
