• Advanced general practice including cystotomies, GI explorations, mass removals

We also have separate surgical and dental suites, ultrasound, and a strong support team eager to grow and learn — many say it's the best team they've ever worked with.

The Role: Clinical Director

As Clinical Director, you’ll balance clinical excellence with operational leadership. You’ll:

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient care

• Coach, support, and elevate fellow veterinarians and support staff

• Collaborate with hospital leadership on workflow, culture, and client experience

• Have the freedom to shape how we grow, while knowing your ideas are heard and valued.

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of clinical experience (bonus if you've mentored or led before)
• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills

The pay range for this role is:
