RiteScreen is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen operational performance, improve manufacturing processes, and support strategic growth across our production network.This position is based n the U.S.

In this role, you will partner with leaders across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to deliver high-impact projects such as new product introductions, automation initiatives, facility transitions, and process improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing project management experience, thrives in cross-functional environments, and has a passion for turning complex initiatives into successful outcomes.

This position reports to the Director of Program Management and plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, including timelines, dependencies, and resource planning.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.
  • Manage strategic initiatives such as:
    • New product introductions
    • Production line launches or relocations
    • Automation and process improvement projects
    • Facility transitions or consolidations
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide clear and consistent project updates to plant leadership and senior management.
  • Manage project budgets, capital requests, and financial justifications, ensuring alignment with operational ROI objectives.
  • Support vendor coordination, tooling development, and material sourcing for new or updated product lines.
  • Oversee pilot runs and validation efforts for new production lines to ensure manufacturability, throughput, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to standardize processes and documentation across facilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, change logs, and post-project reviews to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated success leading capital projects, operational improvements, or product launches
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project for scheduling, resource planning, and critical path management
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or similar
  • Familiarity with manufacturing documentation including BOMs, routings, and engineering drawings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence across departments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Financial or cost analysis experience is a plus
  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required

Work Environment

This position operates in both professional office settings and manufacturing environments. The role may require time on production floors where exposure to moderate to loud noise levels may occur. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required when visiting plant locations.

Travel

Up to 25% travel may be required depending on project needs. Travel may include visits to manufacturing facilities, vendor locations, or project sites.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods and move throughout office and manufacturing environments as needed. The employee must be able to communicate effectively, review documents, and operate standard office equipment.
