Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate, lead, and oversee all attaching equipment while directing the assigned crew to ensure efficient production and smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines at all times.
• Maintain responsibility for the safe operation, quality output, and performance of all attaching equipment.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency, waste reduction, equipment performance, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
• Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner to ensure proper tracking and carrier documentation.
• Verify and maintain the accuracy and quality of products produced, packaged, and prepared for shipment to customers.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating machinery in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SOP and cGMP compliance standards preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and ability to work in a team environment.
