Job Description
School Psychologist, in person evals, Guyman, OK
RCM Healthcare is looking for School Psychologists to do "as needed" evaluations within the panhandle of Oklahoma state. Areas such as Guyman, Hooker, Boise City, and Forgan are key areas that students are located. Evaluations will be conducted in a mutual meeting location and NOT in students homes.

To provide comprehensive psychological services that support the academic and social-emotional development of students. This position is responsible for the identification, assessment, and placement recommendations for students within the Special Services department.

Core Responsibilities
- Evaluation: Conduct multi-disciplinary psycho-educational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services under IDEA and Section 504.
- Reporting: Compile and present formal evaluation reports to the Director of Special Services and IEP teams, ensuring all data is legally defensible and clinically sound.
- IEP/504 Participation: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during eligibility and placement meetings, interpreting cognitive and behavioral data for stakeholders.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) regulations and federal mandates regarding student records and testing timelines.
- Intervention: Design and monitor the implementation of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
- Consultation: Act as a technical consultant to school administrators and teaching staff regarding Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Oklahoma School Psychologist Certificate.
- Education: Specialist (Ed.S.) or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an NASP-approved program.
- Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in standardized testing (WISC, WJ, BASC, etc.) and data-based decision-making.
- Role: School Psychologist
- Hours: As-needed evaluations, in person
- Rate: $500-$600 flat rate per evaluation + round-trip mileage
- Virtual meetings billed at $60/hour
- Cancellations/No-Shows billed at $60 each
- Start Date: ASAP
- Scheduling: Flexible-evaluations may be conducted any day, any time, including during school holidays and breaks
