Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice seeking a motivated and talented surgeon to join a two-doctor practice. This is a well-established practice with offices uniquely positioned in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware. We serve a strong referral base and maintain a clinically busy practice with a broad surgical scope and a clear long-term vision for leadership transition.

The practice includes a high volume of implant surgery, ongoing orthognathic cases, craniomaxillofacial trauma exposure, in addition to comprehensive dentoalveolar surgery and office-based anesthesia. This position is well-suited for surgeons seeking to preserve a full-scope OMS practice.

The group is currently led by two Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons at different stages of their careers-one early-career surgeon and one surgeon approaching retirement. This structure provides both mentorship and a clearly defined, fast-track pathway to partnership for the right candidate, with meaningful opportunity for long-term ownership and practice leadership.
