Come join the Home2/TRU Grove City Maintenance TeamHotel Maintenance Technician Tools Provided One LocationFull-Time Columbus, OHPay: $19-$22/hour depending on experiencePosition OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel's building systems, guest rooms, and grounds to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and public areasTroubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsComplete daily work orders and service requestsMaintain hotel equipment including boilers, water heaters, and pumpsAssist with painting, carpentry, drywall, and general repairsMaintain pool equipment and water testing (if applicable)Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standardsSupport emergency repairs as neededQualifications1-2 years maintenance experience (hotel, apartment, facilities, or construction)Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsAbility to troubleshoot and perform general repairsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to lift 50 lbs and work on laddersEPA or HVAC certification preferred but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceFull-time stable scheduleHealth, dental, vision insurance401k Hotel travel discounts
