Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our busy dental clinic in San Antonio, TX. This role offers a consistent three day per week schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Key Details

• Patient Ages: All Ages
• Patient Volume: Average of 10-15 patients per day
• Types of Cases: General, Surgical Extractions, Some Endodontics, & Restorative
• Procedures: Mix of General, Surgical Extractions, Some Endodontics, & Restorative
• Support Staff: Treatment Coordinators, Hygienists, Assistants
• EMR System: Denticon

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Hours: 3 days a week (Either Saturday or Sunday 9a-5p, and two weekdays 7a-7p, with options for more shifts)
• Call Requirements: N/A
• Salary Range: Guaranteed $1,000/day (weekday) or $800/day (weekend), OR 30% of net monthly production, whichevr is greater.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks

Candidate Requirements

• Active Texas Dental License
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills in General, Surgical Extractions, Some Endodontics, & Restorative
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
