Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and R&D to develop products from conceptualization to commercialization across multiple product categories.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research market and industry trends to guide product development strategy.
• Analyze the profitability and viability of current and future product lines, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Assist in developing and executing the short-term New Product Development (NPD) pipeline to support long-term brand growth and business goals.
• Support go-to-market strategies and ensure successful execution of product launches.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of product launch campaigns and programs, and report insights to relevant teams.
• Develop trade promotion materials and support participation in trade shows and brand-related events.
• Manage and maintain product specifications and sales materials, including sell sheets, brochures, and product documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brand marketing
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, planning, and new product development.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and project prioritization skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in Korean is preferred but not required.
