The facility operates as a dedicated outpatient cancer center providing comprehensive oncology services. The center maintains modern equipment and support services for cancer and blood disorder patients with a collaborative care environment.

This facility is located in Western Oregon,1 1/2 hours from Portland, OR. This area offers numerous regional attractions and outdoor recreation opportunities including cycling trails and scenic tours. The area features notable natural attractions and parks, providing diverse recreational activities for visitors. Family-friendly activities are available throughout the year, with various educational and entertainment programs offered at regional venues.

The hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient care managing 14-18 patients per day over three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday) from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities include conducting new consultations (0-2 per day), managing ongoing treatments, and developing individualized care plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions. The clinician will utilize iKnowMed EMR system for documentation and treatment planning while working collaboratively with medical assistants and advanced practice providers. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and prescriptive authority are required, with no call coverage responsibilities for this outpatient position.
