Lead Diesel Mechanic Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on company-owned trucks and trailers equipped with modern technology
• Process and manage maintenance work orders
• Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
• Lead and support the first-shift diesel mechanic team
• Assist with shop organization and workflow coordination
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a diesel mechanic or technician
• Must have personal mechanic tools (tool lease program available if needed
• Experience using computer-based diagnostic systems and OEM interfaces
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a post-offer physical examination and drug screening
• Paccar engine experience preferred
