Food Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with distributors, customers, and sales brokers
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts while coordinating with internal teams such as operations and supply chain
• Execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and customer programs to drive product visibility and sales
• Manage pricing strategies, profit margins, deductions, and dispute resolution with distributors and customers
• Work closely with brokers to ensure proper account execution and performance
• Identify opportunities to support and expand overall sales growth
• Oversee key accounts including KeHE, UNFI, and regional customers

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) food sales
• Proven experience working with major distributors such as KeHE and/or UNFI
• Strong experience managing sales brokers and distributor relationships
• Demonstrated ability to execute sales plans and manage key customer accounts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
