Ability to manage projects from ground-up through closeout
Experience working closely with field leadership (Superintendents)
Strong communication skills with clients, executives, and internal teams
Willingness to travel depending on project location
Stable work history demonstrating leadership growth
Full financial ownership of assigned projects
Partner with the Superintendent in a shared leadership model
Manage schedules, budgets, procurement coordination, and risk mitigation
Lead client and stakeholder meetings
Oversee contract administration and change management
Drive project performance from preconstruction through warranty
Ensure delivery aligns with safety, quality, and financial goals
