As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse Associate to join our team. Starting pay is $20 an hour with 60- day probation period for hourly increase.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, warehouse experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $20/hour with a 60-day probation period for performance-based pay increase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer product and materials throughout the warehouse
• Stock ingredients and maintain organized storage areas
• Operate pulverizing equipment to process materials
• Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse tasks
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse roles as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Must maintain good hygiene (FDA-regulated facility)
• Previous warehouse and/or managerial experience is required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly desired
