Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Highly valued, esteemed client is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance analysis within a fast-paced business environment in the manufacturing space. This role partners closely with finance and operational leaders to deliver accurate reporting, actionable insights, and strong financial controls. Inventory experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare expense, revenue, and margin forecasts and annual budgets
• Perform variance analysis and support monthly financial reporting
• Manage cost center activities and month-end close processes
• Validate financial data and investigate reporting or system issues
• Partner with cost center managers to analyze business performance
• Track headcount planning, hiring costs, and position changes
• Prepare commission calculations and reporting
• Support financial system administration and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience - inventory accounting is highly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
