Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas
• Monitor surveillance equipment
• Respond to alarms and security incidents
• Enforce property regulations and city ordinances
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Required Skills:

• Security Training: Must have completed security training program
• Patrol: Ability to conduct thorough patrols of assigned areas
• Armed Security: Experience in armed security preferred
• Guard Card: Valid guard card required
• Background Investigations: Ability to conduct background checks

Nice to Have Skills:

• Public Safety experience
• Firearms training
• Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) monitoring
