Key Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems 

• Install and replace HVAC components and equipment 

• Create accurate repair estimates 

• Educate customers on system performance and product options 

• Perform preventative maintenance services 

• Train and mentor junior team members 

• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety standards 

• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members 

• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly 

• Support team as needed with additional tasks or assignments 

 
Qualifications: 

• Minimum of2 years HVAC service experience 

• EPA Certificationrequired 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly 

• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and various outdoor environments 

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills 

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
