Kelly is partnering with a healthcare organization in Columbus, OH to hire a Medical Branch Coordinator . In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients and caregivers, helping coordinate equipment needs, answer questions, and ensure a supportive experience throughout the patient journey.

Branch Coordinators often serve as the first and most consistent point of contact for patients and their caregivers. Whether in person or over the phone, you'll provide responsive service and help coordinate essential equipment and services that support patient recovery and care.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive environment
Answer inbound calls, provide information, and resolve common patient questions or concerns
Coordinate with the branch team to support timely equipment delivery for patient needs
Work closely with sales teams and referral sources to gather documentation and secure health plan authorizations
Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and documentation requirements
Review patient accounts to help maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to equipment
Follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs
Support branch operations and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 12 years of experience in an office environment, healthcare setting, or call center
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience using multi-line phone systems
Intermediate computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems
Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn
Strong time management and organizational skills
This role is performed in an office setting with moderate noise levels and typical office equipment use. The position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, and computer use. Occasionally lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds may be required.
