• Performing on-site and laboratory testing of readymix concrete to ensure product quality
• Monitoring raw materials and mix designs to maintain consistency and compliance
• Preparing accurate test documentation and reporting results promptly
• Collaborating with production and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized testing environment

• Ability to perform accurate testing and follow established procedures
• Strong attention to detail with solid documentation and communication skills
• Capability to troubleshoot qualityrelated concerns in a fastpaced environment

• Willingness to work outdoors, travel locally, and adapt to changing priorities

This role involves both field and laboratory work. You will work in varied weather conditions, maintain safe practices around heavy equipment and materials, and travel locally to plant sites and customer locations.

• Competitive base salary $51,580 - $60,610
