Assistant Production Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in overseeing daily production operations
• Support workflow delegation and coordination of production staff
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure standards are maintained
• Assist with production scheduling and task prioritization
• Support office-related production duties and documentation
• Coordinate shipping processes including UPS and FedEx systems
• Assist with traffic management and shipping logistics
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and tracking

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Mechanical experience with light hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems related to production machinery
• Experience in textile, vinyl, or plastic film manufacturing preferred
• Sewing machine repair experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of shipping systems (UPS, FedEx)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with delegation and supervising workflow preferred
