Welcome to TD Dental, led by Dr. Tom Birong and Dr. Dave Severson! We partner with locally owned dental practices to provide operational support-so doctors can focus on what they do best: caring for patients and leading great teams without the pressures that are often put on corporately owned practices. As we expand into Cincinnati, we're excited to welcome a dentist who's ready to grow with us and eventually step into the primary provider role.

This is a practice where you'll have real clinical autonomy, thoughtful mentorship, and the freedom to practice comprehensive dentistry-without a corporation telling you how to diagnose or treat your patients.

• A large, established patient base and strong new-patient flow
• A collaborative, experienced team of assistants, hygienists, and Front Office support
• Modern operatories, digital technology, and efficient systems that make the day run smoothly
• Full-time opportunity (4+ days/week)
• Guaranteed daily pay of $1,000-$1,500/day (indefinite guarantee)
• Quarterly bonus opportunity: 32%-35%+ of personal collections
