Litigation Attorney

Burg Simpson is looking add an Attorney with 3-5 years of plaintiff-oriented civil litigation experience.  The ideal candidate should have excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills with the ability to produce thoughtful and persuasive legal documents. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal skills when it comes to collaborating with others (such as senior attorneys, associates, and legal staff) to develop case management strategies for complex legal issues while advocating for injured clients.

Attorneys must be in good standing with an active license to practice law and be admitted to practice in Federal District Court of any judicial district.

SALARY RANGE: $105,000 - $120,000+, starting salary within the range will be commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience and includes an opportunity for year-end bonus and firm contribution to 401k.
