Were looking for an Associate Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team in Charlotte, NC and play a meaningful role in financial planning, analysis, decision support, and strategy execution. In this role, youll partner across teams, bring visibility to financial performance, and help drive smarter business outcomes. What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Support annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and valuation models for the corporate business plan
  • Prepare and support monthly and quarterly business reviews, comparing results to revenue, margin, and expense targets
  • Assist with weekly bank reporting and financial tracking
  • Partner across departments as a Finance resource to identify risks, savings, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Analyze trends and KPIs to highlight insights and potential exposures; recommend solutions to leadership
  • Build and maintain financial reporting and dashboards that drive performance
  • Collaborate closely with accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial and operational processes
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed
  • This position is hybrid and requires candidates to be within commutable distance of Charlotte, NC

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 12+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, or project tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
  • Curiosity and a desire to continuously improve processes and outcomes

Tools & Technology

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Comfort working with financial systems, reporting tools, and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms
