Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Dentist to join our busy dental clinic in Brunswick, OH. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Key Details

• Patient Ages: 100% Pediatric
• Patient Volume: Average of 75 patients per day
• Types of Cases: typical pediatric procedures
• Procedures: Mix of typical pediatric procedures
• Support Staff: 6 front desk, 3 hygienists, 7 assistants (EFDA and Coronal Polisher)
• EMR System: EagleSoft

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Hours: Monday 8a-5p, Tuesday 9a-6p, Wednesday 8a-5p, Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-1p
• Call Requirements: Every 4th week, typically 2-3 calls on the phone.
• Salary Range: $1500 daily plus production threshold bonuses
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

Candidate Requirements

• Active Ohio Dental License
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills in restorative, preventive, and exam services
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
