DLZ Corporation currently has an exciting Staff Accountant opening in Columbus, Ohio .

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Bank reconciliation and review.
• Time-sheet processing and administration.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing.
• Project maintenance and accounting.
• Work with project managers to prepare and process contract billings.
• Possess aptitude to act as a positive representative of the company and its core values.
• Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1 or more years relevant Accounting experience.
• Project accounting and client invoicing experience desired.
• Construction industry / project costing background a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be flexible, have a positive attitude, and work well in a team environment.
