• Chairside assisting in comprehensive, cosmetic, and restorative procedures
• Case preparation and operatory excellence
• Supporting high-value case presentations and treatment flow
• Maintaining clinical efficiency and elevated patient experience
• Leading back-office systems and standards
• Serving as Dr. Glasper’s clinical right hand
