The facility operates as a Level IV trauma hospital in Central Georgia providing comprehensive inpatient urological services. The hospital maintains modern equipment and surgical capabilities to support urological procedures and patient care with EPIC EMR system implementation.

Central Georgia is known as the Heart of Georgia where you can visit the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, and the Ocmulgee Mounds National Historic Park!

The urologist will provide comprehensive inpatient urological coverage from Wednesday 5 AM through Monday 8 AM including call coverage and surgical procedures. The clinician will manage 10-14 patients per shift with an average daily census of 3-17 and handle 3-8 daily admissions. Responsibilities include inpatient consultations, rounding, surgeries, and emergency urological interventions for patients 14 years and older. All documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system with board certification in Urology required.
