Project Accountant (Onsite) Location: Gahanna Salary: $45,000 $55,000 annually (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Fully Onsite Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our team in Gahanna, Ohio. This fully onsite role is responsible for managing financial aspects of construction projects, with a strong focus on AIA billing and project cost tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction accounting and a thorough understanding of job costing and contract compliance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process AIA billing (G702/G703 forms) accurately and timely Manage job costing, budget tracking, and cost analysis for multiple projects Monitor project financial performance and identify variances Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition Track subcontractor invoices, lien waivers, and compliance documentation Support month-end close processes related to project accounting Assist with accounts payable and receivable related to assigned projects Maintain organized and accurate financial records Qualifications 2+ years of experience in project accounting , preferably in construction Required: Hands-on experience with AIA billing Strong understanding of job costing and percentage-of-completion accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with construction accounting software preferred High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities #INMAR2026 EB-...
