Our modern and hi-tech private dental office, located in White Center, WA, is looking for a reliable and friendly Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We offer a supportive environment and a consistent 4-day workweek with no weekends required!

We incorporate AI technology to streamline workflows and enhance the overall experience for both patients and team members. Schedule: 4 Days/Week Alternating Schedule

• Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Compensation:
$24 to $32/hour, depending on experience

To be considered, you must:

• Be a Registered Dental Assistant in WA
• Have a valid CPR card
• Have some experience with CEREC (Scan, Design, Finish, and Glaze) preferred, but not required
• We are also open to candidates with no prior experience, as long as they are registered with the state. We're happy to train the right person.

Dental Assistant (DA / RDA) Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor in all 4-handed dentistry procedures
• Perform all DA / RDA functions
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
