The Role

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized plans of care
   

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment
   

• Educate and empower patients in their recovery journey
   

• Foster strong therapeutic alliances
   

• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously elevate care standards
   

• Maintain clear, timely documentation

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy Degree from accredited an program
   

• Active Montana Physical Therapist license (required)
   

• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
   

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
   

• A desire to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment

• A strong understanding of appropriate exercise prescription and modification. 

• Willingness to follow post operative protocols as prescribed by doctors/surgeons. 

• Ability to transfer from strength training and manual treatments to meaningful, functional training and sport/work specific training.
